Project Summary
Linked Recruitment is a new brand, being managed by a recruitment specialist with decades of experience working with some of the largest companies in New Zealand. They required a website that showcases their authority in the Recruitment space, specifically for IT jobs. Custom API integration was used on this build to automatically pull their JobAdder listings into the website. Careful consideration of their target audience was paramount when selecting premium stock images to demonstrate a multicultural clientele that fits within their target market of IT Professionals.
Aim
The aim of this project is to give this newly established brand the credibility and professionalism needed to convert new users into clients. We want to facilitate user navigation to key areas of the website, being for Employers, and for Candidates. The website needs an integration to pull through new Jobs as they are added through JobAdder automatically, or display an application form if no jobs are available.
Outcome
The images, colours, fonts, and brand have been carefully crafted with the ideal users and candidates in mind. Linked Recruitment specialises in NZ Recruitment, and also collaborates with IMMagine Immigration to offer overseas candidates the opportunity to apply through their agency. We used a custom coded API to dynamically pull through JobAdder Ads directly onto the website, which is available to view if at least one job has been posted.
